Multi-Jackbolt Tensioners - Bolt Style
Torquebolts™ replace existing studs or bolts.
Ideal for applications with tapped holes, or where threading a stud into a nut would be impractical. The outside diameter is smaller than a nut type tensioner on a stud, allowing Torquebolts™ to fit into tighter areas.

Studs
Superbolt manufactures high quality studs in a variety of sizes and configurations. Studs up to 8" diameter have been made to date and threads can be rolled up to 6" diameter. All common materials can be quickly manufactured and studs requiring special materials, such as stainless or other exotic alloys, can be produced upon request.

Flexnuts
Flexnuts are used in combination with our other products. They are designed to flex out at the bottom and flex in toward the top of the nut. This distributes the bolt load along many threads, adds elasticity, and prevents stress concentrations in the first few threads. This reduces the possibility of stud breakage.
