Navy Applications
Superbolt® products are utilized on many U.S. Navy bolting applications, many of which are classified. The following NAVSEA documents apply to the use of the Multi-Jackbolt Tensioner and are posted on this site with permission.
• NSTM075 -2.9.4 - The basic fastener manual used throughout the Navy. MJT's on pages 75-2-55&56.
• NSTM 231 letter and unclassified document covering steam turbines and the use of MJT's.

• GYD010 - Submarine Fastener Manual. MJT's found on page 45.
• Newest revision of Navy Standard Drawing 810-1385895 will have MJT's incorporated as an acceptable method of bolting.
• ACP649 is an Advanced Change Proposal that applies to the General Specifications for Overhaul.
