Navy Application Examples:Superbolt products are utilized on many Navy bolting applications, many of which are classified. The following Navy documents apply to the use of the Multi-Jackbolt Tensioner. Each is available in PDF format, and posted on this site with permission. • NSTM075 - 2.9.4 - Naval Sea Systems Command Technical Manual 075 is the basic fastener manual used throughout the Navy. It is this document that will have the most complete list of currently approved products. MJBT discussion is found on pages 75-2-55&56, illustration on 75-2-58. Installation instructions on 075-4.7.1 (page 75-4-18 thru 21). • NSTM 231 letter and unclassified document covering steam turbines and the use of Multi-Jackbolt Tensioners.
